The CDM, CFPP is more than the letters after your name. It’s a career path that demonstrates your commitment to excellence in dietary management, and defines you as a highly qualified professional in your field.

Certified Dietary Manager, Certified Food Protection Professionals are nationally recognized experts at managing foodservice operations. When you earn the credential, you prove your competence in the areas of foodservice management, personnel and communication, nutrition, sanitation and safety, and business operations.

Your training options to become eligible for the CDM Credentialing Exam are flexible. Some students attend classes part-time while working in foodservice and some choose independent study or online options. If you already have a related degree, you may already qualify for the CDM, CFPP Credentialing Exam. There are five ways to qualify!
